As part of a class in studio practice, I developed this storyboard from beginning to end.
My goal was to explore a moment of human connection (or lack thereof) without dialogue.
The goal of this project was to reinterpret the nursery rhyme of Jack and Jill using only dingbats.
I decided to create a short animation and to reference a favorite video game for a touch of nostalgia.
An exploration of technology and monsters
I’m Big Anderson, a storyteller and artist from Seattle. I graduated from SPU in 2020 with a BA in Visual Narrative Design. I’m passionate about writing, problem-solving, pixel art, and space exploration. When I’m not creating, I love watching movies and animated shows, playing video games, and reading sci-fi classics.
